Code of Conduct

As a consultant working at DeSia, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior. My work directly impacts our clients' regulatory compliance and quality assurance; therefore, I pledge to adhere to the following principles.                                                            

1. Non-discrimination, Equal Opportunities and Participation

  • I strive to create a positive and inclusive working environment. I treat all team members equally and fairly without prejudice.
  • I value different opinions and perspectives, listen to a variety of points of view, and believe that this diversity fosters creativity and innovation.

2. Professional Development

  • I give importance to our continuous professional development in order to repay the trust placed in us by Top Management. In order to raise my standard of professionalism, I participate in trainings to continuously improve myself in my job, acquire new skills and update my professional knowledge.
  • I am open to feedback and use this feedback to improve myself.
  • I seek innovative solutions to make our business processes more efficient; I follow technological developments and openly share with top management the issues that I think will increase our productivity by integrating them into our business.
  • I am aware that innovative ideas and solutions are encouraged within the company and I take an active role for this.
  • I inform  top management when I notice legal changes and issues that may affect our business processes in new regulations.
  • I believe that team success is greater than the sum of individual achievements. Therefore, I take shared responsibility and work with the team to achieve team goals.
  • I actively participate at every stage of projects, fulfill my duties meticulously and encourage my teammates to do the same.
  • I recognize and appreciate the value of each individual's contribution. I try to be supportive and encouraging to increase the motivation of team members.
     

3. Honesty and Reliability

  • I provide accurate information in all our communications and interactions and do not provide misleading or incomplete information, even to my disadvantage. I demonstrate a transparent attitude and share all kinds of information promptly.
  • I am aware that I am not allowed to work on any paid or unpaid project other than the projects assigned by the Top Management and that this is considered a reason for the termination of the employment contract.
  • I protect the confidentiality of customer information and avoid sharing this information with unauthorized persons. I comply with the company policies and legal regulations determined in this regard, and I know that any contrary behavior may cause financial and criminal sanctions.
  • I know that financial matters such as salary or premium between me and the company are personal, and I act with this awareness. I pay attention to the confidentiality and security of this information.
  • In case of any violation of the Company's code of ethics, I report these violations to the top management for the necessary evaluation, even if my identity is not kept confidential.
  • I am aware of the importance of the trust placed in me by top management. I prioritize the trust placed in me, and I aim to protect this trust in all my actions.
  • I demonstrate an attitude based on trust in my relations with top management, and I know that this trust contributes to business success.
  • I communicate openly and honestly with management about project progress, challenges and opportunities. I provide timely information and offer solutions to resolve any obstacles or issues.
  • I contribute to the improvement of business processes by transparently sharing the problems we encounter.
  • I will never allow any conflict of interest related to our business, and I will not let my personal interests take precedence over my business relationships during my employment.
  • I immediately report potential conflicts of interest, even if they are anticipated, to top management. This helps me to maintain our transparency and integrity.
  • I understand that engaging in unethical communication or relationships with other employees outside of the business relationship is grounds for termination of employment. I avoid unprofessional and unethical behavior.
  • I am aware that if I have any reservations about any verbal or physical harassment, I should contact the Human Resources Responsible and/or Top Management for consultation. I understand that my reports of harassment will be treated confidentially, and necessary measures will be taken.
     

4. Appearance and Behavior

  • Always dress professionally and appropriately for the work environment. I represent the company in the best possible way with my appearance at work or in business meetings.
  • My behavior is based on respect, courtesy and compliance with ethical rules. I am respectful and courteous in my interactions with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
  • I maintain a high standard of professionalism in my verbal and written communication. I use clear, accurate and courteous language in emails, meetings and all other communication channels.
  • I use practical listening skills in communication with our customers and colleagues, listening carefully to the other party first and showing an understanding approach.
  • I know that I should attend online meetings in appropriate attire and with my camera on, as this helps me to present a professional appearance and increases mutual trust.
  • During meetings, I listen carefully, take the necessary notes and act in accordance with the purpose of the meeting.
  • I know that the time spent on the project is a source of income for our company. For this reason, I pay the necessary attention to the optimum use of the time I spend and to my working hours.
  • I comply with the working hours set for both office and remote work and work efficiently and effectively during working hours.
  • I periodically record my working hours accurately and honestly and avoid giving any misleading information.
  • I work diligently and efficiently to fulfill our commitments and deliver projects on time. I use the given deadlines and resources effectively and make maximum effort to achieve the project objectives.
     

5. Customer Orientation

  • I prioritize the needs and goals of our customers, understand their expectations and do my best to provide solutions that meet these expectations.
  • I adopt a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and try to support them in achieving their business goals.
